 Spring is finally here to stay and our corner of the wine country is embracing it with some wonderful events this weekend.  Everything from wine education and celebration with Passport to the Dry Creek Valley, to the Bodega Bay Fish Festival  and the blessing of the fleet, and Farmtrails and Blossom, Bees, & Babies. 
BR Cohn Winery is featuring the Rolls Royce Classic Car Club at the Car Cruise In on Sunday. Have you tried their olive oil?   A little something for everybody, don't you think?

We have been having such fun here at the Farmhouse Inn with our "Make your own Easter Basket" and Easter Egg Hunt Farmhouse style.  Goodies galore (more chocolate, please) and your very own basket to fill. The inn has a basket of eggs at the front desk filled with surprises.  Each guest checking in selects an egg...and finds a treasure inside- maybe a $25 gift card, a bottle of wine, a free spa treatment or even...a complimentary dinner for two in the Farmhouse restaurant.  If you are looking for a quick getaway we still have a couple of rooms left.  Speaking of the restaurant I have a little spring present for you from our pastry chef at the end of this post.

How to keep this short and sweet...there is so much going on this week for Earth Day in Sonoma Wine Country!  You had a hint of it last week but let me tell you - we had some things happen at Farmhouse this week that blew our socks off!!

Question in my mind...there is so much going on in April - should I tell you all about it or just a simple calendar of events?  Or maybe a little short story from the Farmhouse Inn concierge team.  Here goes...
