The new world cousin to France's Burgundy, the Russian River Valley in Sonoma wine country is home to some of the best Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. Collectors and fans of these wines will not be disappointed - the winemakers have pulled out some of their favorite vintages from their cellars. Our chefs worked closely with the winemakers to develop menus to best showcase their wines.

Following Friday night's dinner head out to the winery on Saturday afternoon for a special wine tasting experience, curated especially for dinner attendees.

For those who are able to make a weekend out of it don't forget to book our room special - book dinner and a room for 2 nights and your second night is 50% off.
