To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit of one night’s room rate.
Cancellations outside of 7 days are full refundable, cancellations inside of 7 days will forfeit the deposit (this includes shortened length of stays).
We begin to welcome guests at 4 pm and check-out is 12 pm, noon. Should you have a special request please let us know, we are happy to try to accommodate your requests based on availability.

We sure do love pets, but unfortunately we are not a pet-friendly property.

Although we do not have a gym on site, we do recommend Parkpoint Health Club, a local health club in Healdsburg. Additionally yoga mats may be found in your guest room to utilize through the hotel, gardens, or forrest.
We suggest Armstrong Regional Park or Riverfront Regional Park for nearby walking/hiking trails.

Charlie is our resident Farmhouse cat and one of the property’s most charming little hosts. You may see him around the grounds, enjoying the gardens, or keeping a watchful eye on daily life at the inn. He is part of what makes Farmhouse feel personal, warm, and unmistakably lived-in.
We call it Wine Country Casual. Gentlemen are not required to wear a jacket or tie.
