Cancellation Policy
To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit of one night’s room rate of your stay. Due to the small size of our hotel, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 14 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, your reservation will be charged in full and fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 14 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation. As mentioned, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy.
