Hotel

What is your cancellation policy?

To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit of one night’s room rate. Due to the small size of our hotel, we are greatly affected by cancellations and we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy. You have until 14 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, your reservation will be charged in full and is fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 14 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation. As mentioned, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. The front desk is staffed 24/7, but please let us know if you are arriving after 7 pm. Check out is at 12 pm.

What health and safety protocols are in place at the Inn?

Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests and team. We have heightened our already stringent procedures based on the guidance of local health authorities and continue to monitor information and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Are you pet-friendly?

We love our pets but unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property.

Are you kid/family friendly?

Please let us know if you are bringing children with you for your stay. We have local nanny services we are happy to book for you during your stay. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the property. The responsible adult must agree in writing not to leave a minor child unattended on the premises at any time during their stay and to control the minor's behavior during their stay to preserve the expected peace and quiet of other guests and to prevent any injury to any person or damage to any property.

Is the property accessible to guests with disabilities?

Farmhouse Inn offers ADA-compliant accommodations, in addition to a convenient path of travel from the accessible parking spot in the surface lot to the check-in area, spa, restaurant, and guestrooms. Please contact the general manager to discuss your specific needs or click here to read our accessibility statement.

When is the pool heated?

Our pool is seasonally heated from April to October, depending on weather. Our hot tub is heated year-round.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Some specials and packages include a $50 breakfast credit to be used on food and beverage (does not include tax or gratuity).

Is the Spa open to off property guests?

The Spa is open to off property guests based on availability. Please call 707-887-3300 Ext. 223 to schedule your bliss.

Is there a gym on site?   

We do not have a gym on site. We do offer complimentary gym passes to Parkpoint Health Club, a local health club in Healdsburg.

Are there walking/hiking trails on property or nearby?

We suggest Armstrong Regional Park or Riverfront Regional Park for nearby walking/hiking trails.

Is there room service available in the evenings?

We do offer limited menu options for evening room service. Please check with our Front Desk for evening offerings.

Are Uber and Lyft available in the area?

Uber and Lyft on not easily accessible, as the inn is more remote. For your convenience, our Front Desk team is happy to arrange a taxi or car service for you ahead of time.


Restaurant

Do you have a dress code?

We call it Wine Country Casual. Gentlemen are not required to wear a jacket or tie. No shorts or flip-flops, please.

Do you serve breakfast to off property guests?

Breakfast is open to the public by reservation only via online or calling 707-887-3300.

Is there a bar in the Restaurant?

We are licensed for beer and wine only and do not have a full bar.

Are you open for lunch?

FARMSTAND is open Tuesday through Sunday for daytime food service, with eventing options on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
FARMSTAND is open to hotel guests for outdoor, courtside or poolside dining. FARMSTAND is open to the public for courtyard dining based on availability, reservations required.
