Krystle and Jason Jorgensen founded Alley 6 Craft Distillery in 2012. As artisans and business owners, the Jorgensen’s process is defined by a love for the craft and a deep appreciation for spirits.
Alley 6 is, first and foremost, a small independent family-owned business, built by thrifty nickels and a lot of brow sweat. Amidst some of the best wineries, cideries and breweries in the land, the distillery is a dream come true. Krystle & Jason first began to develop an interest in beer and winemaking after moving to Northern California. Jason started slinging drinks at a steakhouse where they sell some of the best whiskies in the world and soon fell headfirst into the craft-distilling arena. They began attending tastings and shows, touring local distilleries, and eventually going on a life-changing trip to Scotland.

Alley 6 is truly a small batch craft distillery that delivers you a one of a kind experiences. The distillery produces premium spirits in small batches using traditional distilling techniques. Two 250-gallon Alembic copper pot stills chug away to create our complex spirits. Every part of the process is done right here at the distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California—from milling the grain, to mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling. Alley 6 is focused on quality ingredients, a hands-on process and unique flavor profiles. Experimenting with every step in the process has helped to better understand the effects of subtle choices on the final product resulting in spirits with deep complexity and character unlike anything you've tasted before.
Farmhouse guest will enjoy a specialized tour of our production facility, learn about how we got started and the distilling process, and sample our Rye Whiskey, Single Malt Whiskey, Harvest Gin (made with Viognier grapes), Apple Brandy, Spiced Peach Liqueur, Candy Cap Bitters, and (new!) canned Old Fashioned Cocktails.
We love what we do and do what we love, and we want to share it with you!

They celebrate farm life while producing quality, artisan food products under the Capracopia label. Environmental sustainability has always been a farm priority.
Dairy Goats are the stars of the farm and “kid cuddling” is a favorite activity during the “kidding season” (February through June). The farm has diversified over the years and now features a small olive orchard of Tuscan varieties that produce an estate olive oil. We grow Sebastopol’s famous Gravenstein Apples and the farm still has Gravenstein’s as well as a varied fruit orchard where it seems like there is always something ripe and ready to be picked. The newest farm project is the Hop Yard growing fresh hops that are in demand by of many of the local craft breweries. Flower and vegetable gardens are an important part of the farm and they also provide for the farm bee hives.
You can visit the farm for a tour and tasting led by a member of the Bice Family. Come meet the intelligent, “capricious” dairy goats and visit the organic, Certified Humane farm, where they live happily alongside chickens, beehives, and more. See the sustainability projects in action and enjoy the seasonality of the farm’s orchards and gardens. You are welcome to enjoy the picnic area with views of Mount St. Helena and the Mayacamas Mountains for those of you that want to bring and enjoy a Sonoma County lunch.
Private Tours are by appointment and based on availability with least 24 hours in advance. Contact a Farmhouse Concierge to schedule your Farm Tour. As a Farmhouse Guest, you can reserve this personalized experience for $100 for two people, which includes a bottle of our Capracopia Estate EVOO. Additional persons may be added to the tour for $25 each.

Roasted in Sonoma County Since 1993
Taylor Lane Organic Coffee is a 27year old Sonoma County company that is owned by two local families. When we first fired up our roaster in 1993, the number of organic coffee farms around the world was limited. We did not let that stop us, but instead we committed to providing customers with the best, most sustainable coffees we could find. Over the years we partnered with more and more farmers as they worked toward certification.

Subsequently, we have been able to expand our offerings and roast an organic coffee for every taste. Currently organic coffee is more widely available than ever, and we take pride in the part we have played in bringing it to the mainstream. While we no longer roast in the barn on that serene 100acre farm that sits at the end of Taylor Lane, our commitment remains the same: to make delicious organic coffee that brings people joy.
Our strong relationships within Sonoma County have helped us in our endeavor to become a socially responsible company. Early on we forged a partnership with the The Farmhouse Inn and we are honored that they have been serving our coffee ever since. It was clear from the beginning that we aligned philosophically in the belief that community, family values and sustainability go hand in hand. At Taylor Lane we pride ourselves on seed to cup sustainability. We embrace stewardship at every step in the coffee process by taking care of people and planet whenever and however we can. Like wine grapes in Sonoma County, the flavor enhancement of organic coffee beans depends on the growing conditions and processing methods of each region. We hold in high esteem our organic, Fair Trade Certified farmers who provide us with exceptional beans, our dedicated employees and our local business partners. Each step in the coffee supply chain provides opportunities to choose sustainable practices. Coffee is a gift to us from millions of farming families around the world, and we must treat it as such; never forgetting the love, care and painstaking labor that goes into cultivating our favorite crop.
